My collection draws on the hookah as a decorative object in my culture, defined by ornamentation, repetition, and presence. I was drawn to its curves, its density, and the craft behind its making. It feels loud, intricate, and unapologetically maximal.

Translated into intimate apparel, the work brings that language into direct contact with the body. It becomes something observed, then worn.
